The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.7491 of 2016 dated 12.07.2016.

2. It is represented that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with vide https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order dated 16.11.2017 in Registration Appeal No.1 of 2016

passed by Inspector General of Registration cum Secretary (Revenue). It is taken on file and placed on record.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the said order has belatedly been complied with and prays for appropriate orders.

In the light of the said compliance, nothing remains for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition. Therefore, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner is so advised, she is always at liberty to work out her remedy in accordance with law before the competent forum.
