ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter Monisha, aged about 22 years before this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court from the illegal custody of respondents 3 to 5, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Monisha, aged about 22 years, went missing and that the police have not taken effective steps to secure her. 3.It is seen that Monisha was produced before this Court on 04.03.2020 and this Court passed the following order: Admit.

2.Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice on behalf of the Respondents 1 and 2.

3.The petitioner and the family are present. The respondents 3 and 4 along with daughter of the petitioner are also present. The daughter of the petitioner viz., Monisha, submits that she got married with the third respondent one month ago and she is living with him.

4.To enable the parties to settle the matter, call the matter on 18.03.2020.

4.In view of the above, it cannot be stated that Monisha is in the illegal custody of anyone. Hence this habeas corpus petition stands dismissed.
