O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents police to give adequate police protection to the petitioner's land situated in S.F.No.287/4B, Nallur Village, Ponnampalayam, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District for one week at the cost of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner has preferred a complaint against his own vendor from whom he has purchased the said property on

16.05.2017. In respect of which, the complaint has been sent by speed post and receipt of the acknowledgment has also been filed.

3. It is the grievances of the complainant/petitioner that his complaint was not looked into by the concerned Inspector of Police. It is also reported that the petitioner has moved to a Civil Court in O.S.No.6 of 2017, pending before the learned Vacation Judge, Erode and despite the filing of the suit the respondents caused harassment to the petitioner.

4. In the said circumstances, all the respondents are directed to look into the complaint dated 16.05.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
