[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as fourth respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2. The dispute in the main Writ Petition is regarding the Temple property. This Court after hearing the parties elaborately in the main Writ Petition finds that the members of the petitioner's Association herein/proposed 4th respondent are residing in the property that belongs to the Temple. In such circumstances, the petitioner herein/proposed 4th respondent may also be heard in the Writ Petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
