Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.UDHAYAKUMAR Advocate for M/S.KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.CHARLES PREMKUMAR Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.18573 of 2020, order dated 21.12.2020 directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further order. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are the parents of the main accused and that they have been complying with the conditions regularly and appearing before the respondent police right from the month of January 2021. Hence, he prays for relaxation.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18573 of 2020 dated 21.12.2020 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
