The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner for a direction, to direct the V Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose the O.P.No.1263 of

2020 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The revision petitioner herein has laid H.M.O.P.No.1263 of 2020 for dissolution of his marriage with the respondent. This Court is told that the counter has been filed.

3.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner informed the Court, that there are atleast three Interlocutory Applications, of which, two filed by the respondent, one for return of articles and another for Interim alimony and the third Application was filed by the Revision Petitioner for initiating action under Section 340 Cr.P.C. All these applications are pending. In this setting, the revision petitioner seeks an expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1263 of 2020 (Previously H.M.O.P.No.1728 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore) 4.Learned Family Court Judge is now required to dispose of all the three interlocutory applications within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of communication of this order and may also try to dispose the main O.P. as expeditiously as possible, preferably by December, 2022.

5.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly at the admission stage itself. No costs.
