Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Secretary, TNPSC, the third respondent herein to consider the name of the petitioner for selection and appointment to the post of Motor Vehicle Inspector Gr.II by valuing the written answer sheet of the petitioner bearing Reg.No.00102003 and consequently select and appoint the petitioner as Motor Vehicle Inspector Gr.II as has been done in the case of a similarly placed candidate with Reg.No.00102044 who has been provisionally selected for the said post if necessary by directing relaxation of condition if any which stands in the way of the petitioner for selection and appointment.
