This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to pass suitable instructions to the fourth respondent to pay the tuition fee of Rs.1,60,000/- to the petitioner herein with interest. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking refund of tuition fees, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
