JUDGMENT

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the appellant died during June 2015 and the legal representatives are yet to approach the learned counsel for the appellant and take steps to substitute themselves in the place of the deceased appellant.

2. In view of the same, the second appeal is dismissed as abated. It is left open to the legal representatives of the appellant to revive the appeal by setting aside abatement by filing an appropriate petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
