Respondent Prayer:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to set aside the order dated 11.09.2013 passed in I.A. No. 614 of 2013 in O.S. No. 308 of 2011 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Tindivanam and allow this Civil Revision Petition. For Petitioners :

(through video conference) When the matter earlier came up for hearing on 22.03.2021, Ms. Abirami representing Mr. M.R.Kuyilan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners stated that they had no instructions to appear further in the matter as the Petitioners had collected papers from them and time was granted to intimate the Petitioners in that regard. It is stated today that the Petitioners could not be contacted and the Learned Counsel who appears for the Petitioners in the Lower Court has also been conveyed of the same and a memo dated 24.03.2021 has been filed to that effect through e-mail, which is placed on record. Since the Petitioners have not made any arrangements to take further proceedings after collecting the papers from the earlier Counsel whom they had engaged, there does not appear to any useful purpose being served in keeping the Civil Revision Petition pending. 2.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 24.03.2021 vjt Index: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy by 08.04.2021.
