1. The detenue/Ms.Sandhya, who is aged about 17 years, has been produced.

2. The petitioner is the father of the detenue.

3. We have interacted with the detenue/Ms.Sandhya. 3.1. She says that she is willing to accompany the petitioner. The detenue's mother is also present in Court.

4. Accordingly, no further orders are called for in the matter.
