The learned counsel for the contempt petitioner would submit that this contempt petition is for violation of the order passed by this Court dated 08.11.2023 in W.P.No.28875 of 2023.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the second respondent/contemnor submitted that as against the order passed in the writ petition, writ appeal has been filed in W.A.No.2722 of 2024 and the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court granted an order of stay and the learned counsel produced the copy of order of stay.

Recording the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader and considering the fact that the Hon'ble First Bench of this Court, in the writ appeal, filed by the respondent/contemnor, granted an order of stay of the order passed in the writ petition, this contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to reopen this contempt petition, after the disposal of the writ appeal, if they got any order in their favour.
