ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.32040 of 2023, dated 09.11.2023 has been compiled with by the respondent.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent cannot be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
