ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide immediate medical treatment to the detenu Muruganantham, S/o.Thamilventhan, aged about 40 years confined in Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the detenu was released from the custody on 15.12.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
