JUDGMENT

It is represented by the learned counsel for the plaintiff that the suit has been settled out of Court between the parties and he has also filed a memo dated 22.01.2019 seeking permission to withdraw the above suit.

2. In view of the above settlement between the parties, the suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. Registry is directed to refund the necessary court fee in the name of M/s.Madras Fertilizers Ltd. No costs.
