[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue Jayalakshmi, daughter of Radhakrishnan, aged 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue rejoined the petitioner on 04.07.2018 after the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

detenue was secured. Thus, there is no illegal detention involved in this case.

3. In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
