O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 08.07.2022 in W.P.No.17266 of 2022, has filed the present contempt petition.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent has submitted that the first direction passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent and as regards second direction namely, to consider the representation of the petitioner towards payment of 10 days salary and encashment of earned leave is concerned, final orders are passed by the respondent Corporation and the same will be served to the petitioner.
