The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register an FIR pursuant to the order passed by the learned XVIII Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.1632 of 2025 on 13.01.2024.
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, submitted that based on the directions issued by the learned XVIII Judicial Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, in Crl.M.P.No.1632 of 2025, vide order dated 13.01.2024, a case in Crime No.77 of 2026 has been registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC on the file of the first respondent police, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner.
