C.R.P.(NPD).No.4647 of 2013 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J., By order dated 06.12.2018, this Civil Revision Petition has been allowed subject to certain conditions. Later it was reported that the said condition was complied with and by order dated 05.10.2020, this Court observed that this Civil Revision Petition was wrongly listed and no further order is required to be passed. Despite the same, this matter has once again been listed before this Court. As already stated, no order is necessary, this Civil Revision petition may not be listed again.
