Mr.Y.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the representation dated 26.11.2018, wherein and whereby, she sought for continuing the pension granted under the "Indira Gandhi National Widow Pension Scheme".

3. According to the petitioner, she received the pension from the year 2012 and suddenly, it was stopped from the month of April 2013. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 26.11.2018 before the first respondent. Now, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered by the first respondent so far.

4. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of, only by directing the first respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
