ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to grant free house site patta for petitioner's house situated in Natham land bearing SF.No.55 measuring an extent of 5 cents, situated at No.5/38, Kamaraj Nagar, Meikavalputhoor, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2019 on the file of the first respondent & 27.11.2019 representation on the file of third respondent within a time frame by this Court.

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2019 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
