ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to issue patta in the name of the 1st petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The 1st petitioner had given representations on 10.11.2025 and 02.02.2026 to the respondents seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the 1st petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition. Since the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 3 till date, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order has Page No.2 of 7
been passed against the respondents 4 and 5 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 and 5 is dispensed with by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 1st petitioner's representations as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 and 5, the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the 1st petitioners' representations.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the 1st petitioner's representations, dated 10.11.2025 and 02.02.2026 seeking for issuance of patta in the name of the 1st petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the Page No.3 of 7
petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 4 and 5, the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
