When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 & 5 has submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6286 of 2020 dated 20.12.2021 has been complied by the third respondent/The District Educational Officer, Nagarcoil, Kanyakumari District and the petitioner has also written a letter dated 06.07.2023 to the third respondent stating that she has received all the retirement benefits payable to her.
