ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 14.04.2016 in CSR No.77/H-4, P.S./2016 and to proceed in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that based on the complaint dated 14.04.2016 lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.77 of 2016 before the 2nd respondent. He further submitted that the petitioner did not co-operate with the investigation.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to co-operate with the enquiry.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry. The 2nd respondent police is also directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1, otherwise close the petition under due intimation to the petitioner. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
