This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 04.02.2022 in WP.No.4996 of 2021 and to restore the above writ petition.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though this Court passed orders on merits in the main petition, he was not present on the date of the order. That apart, the petitioner is in possession of the subject land. Hence, he requested that his submissions may be heard.

3. Considering the above submission, the order dated 04.02.2022 in WP.No.4996 of 2021 is recalled and the writ petition in WP.No.4996 of 2021 is restored and this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to post the writ petition in regular list.
