C.M.P.No.11031 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.14477 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 168 days in paying the deficit Court fee.

2. Notice to respondents 5 and 6 has already been dispensed with by this Court.

3. Notice has been served on respondents 1, 3 and 4 and their names have also been printed in the cause list. Insofar as notice to second respondent is concerned, service is awaited. However, private notice sent to second respondent has been served and affidavit of service has also been filed. Thus, notice to respondents 1 to 4 have been served. There is no representation for respondents 1 to 4 either in person or through a pleader.

4. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the records.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 168 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned.
