This matter came up for hearing today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the freezed amount lying in the bank are derived from his business and it is no way connected with the case in Crime No.1101 of 2019. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to clarify the same and direct the 1st respondent Police to defreeze the undisputed amount and the petitioner to avail the same. 3.This Court having considered all these aspects during arguments, had passed a detailed order on 29.04.2021. Now accepting the petitioner's submission and clarifying the order again, would amount to review. Page No.1/3
