ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the proceedings in Crime No.11 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent, and to quash the same as illegal.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police submits that in this case, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has already been filed on 21.11.2022 before the Special Court CBCID, Chennai and CSR No.62503/2022 has been assigned.
3. In view of the completion of the investigation and filing of charge sheet, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the trial and raise all the points which he made in this petition and contest the case.
In the result, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
