This Court, by order dated 12.01.2024, had disposed of the Civil Revision Petition in CRP.No.2525 of 2023, by directing the Learned Additional Subordinate Court, Dharmapuri, to pass final decree after hearing parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. The Learned Additional Subordinate Judge Dharmapuri, has addressed a letter dated 26.02.2024 to the Registry seeking a further extension of six months time to dispose the case for the reasons stated in the said letter.

3. This Court perused the letter dated 26.02.2024 sent by the Learned Additional Subordinate Judge Dharmapuri, and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the said suit within the time stipulated by this Court in the order in CRP.No.2525 of 2023 dated 12.01.2024.

4. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of two months to the Learned Additional Subordinate Judge Dharmapuri, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.27 of 1989 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
