O R D E R

By order dated 26.02.2015, this Court, while disposing of the petition in M.P.No.3 of 2014, directed the Management to deposit a sum of Rs.30,61,723/- to the credit of E.P.No.47 of 2014 in C.P.No.275 of 2006 on the file of the III Additional Labour Court, Chennai within a period of two weeks. Further, this Court directed the Labour Court to deposit the said amount in Indian Bank, High Court Branch in re-investment Scheme initially for a period of one year. Since the Management has not complied with the order, the petitioners filed the above Contempt Petition. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.M.Balasubramanian, learned counsel appearing for the Management submitted that if two weeks time is granted to the Management, they would deposit the sum of Rs.30,61,723/- to the credit of E.P.No.47 of 2014. 3.Mr.

Balan Haridas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners have no objection for granting two weeks time. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I grant two weeks time to the Management to deposit the sum of Rs.30,61,723/- to the credit of E.P.No.47 of 2014 in C.P.No.
