C.M.P.No.4195 of 2022 in CRP.SR.No.25466 of 2022 C.M.P.No.4195 of 2022 in CRP.SR.No.25466 of 2022 N.SESHASAYEE, J., Mr.T.R.Rajagopalan, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Ms.Veena Suresh, Advocate, enters appearance for the respondent.

2. This is a dispute between the tenant and a certain public charitable Trust under the management of AGOT of this Court. Hitherto they have resisted the very title of the Trust, and faced with an inevitable delivery of possession pursuant to the decree of the Court in a long drawn litigation, the revision petitioner / tenant shows an olive branch to the respondent and concedes that he indeed is the tenant of the property.

3. Mr.T.R.Rajagopalan, the learned Senior Counsel who appears for the respondent submits that the property is in prime locality of the city, and he has material to demonstrate that the revision petitioner has sub-leased the property to a third party and is collecting atleast a sum of Rs.2.0 lakhs per mensem.

4. It appears that this Court is hearing for an admission, but that has to stand over to another date since only the CMP.No.4195 of 2022, for dispensing with the production of the certified copy of the impugned order alone has come before the Court.

5. This petition is allowed and the production of the certified copy of the decretal order dated 05.3.2022 in E.A.No.1 of 2022 and E.A.No.2 of 2022 in E.P.No.1992 of 2008 on the file of X Assistant City Civil Court, is dispensed with.
