Several orders have been passed in respect of the company under liquidation for purchasing plots from the Company. In Comp.A.No.56 of 2024 recently this Court had passed the following order:- "Therefore, this Company Application is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Registrar, Walajabad, Kanchipuram District to issue a certified Copy of the Sale Deed dated 01.12.1995 to the applicants in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Rules made therein for issuance of Certified Copy of the Sale Deed dated 01.12.1995."

2. Therefore, I see no reasons to differ from the aforesaid order. Earlier also, orders have been passed in several other cases under similar circumstances.

3. Hence, this Company Application is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent/Sub-Registrar, Walajabad - 631 605 to issue a certified Copy of the Sale Deed dated 01.12.1995 registered as Document No.3104 of 1995.
