O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The affidavit filed by the respondents shows that all encroachments have been removed on 21.07.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there have been some re-encroachments. But the same is sought to be denied by Mr.P.Balasubramaniam, Junior Engineer / 6th respondent, present in Court.

2.We have put the officer to notice that no re-encroachments should be permitted and any re-encroachment will be on the pain of contempt.
