C.M.P.No.13760 of 2016 in CMA.SR.No.57409 of 2016 R.SUBBIAH.J, and M.S.RAMESH.J, When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the condition imposed by this Court to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the respondent has been complied with by the petitioner/appellant.

2.Since the conditional order of this Court dated 07.06.2017 has been complied with and the learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed the cost memo to that effect, the petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same on 29.06.2017.
