ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 420, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.3 of 2022 seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the FIR copy and anticipatory bail petition placed on records.

3. The case of the prosecution is that, there was civil dispute between the petitioners and the defacto complainant. Due to that, the defacto complainant has filed a civil suit in OS.No.53 of 2002 before the District Munsif, Pochampalli and the same was decreed. Hence, the defacto complainant has given the present complaint before the respondent police. Hence, the complaint.

4. The petitioners herein are husband and wife and they are arrayed as A3 and A4 in this case. On the complaint given by one Bairose, alleging that A1 and A2 created a forged Power of Attorney document in the name of the defacto complainant's mother and has created a sale deed in favour of A3 who in turn sold the property to A4. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the nature of the complaint and the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners are not co-operating for further enquiry inspite of serving summons under Section 41-A Cr.P.C, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
