This petition is filed to condone the delay of 163 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.M.B.Raghavan, the learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as 2nd respondent.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the 2nd respondent, the delay of 163 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five hundred only) to 'Samarpana', No.10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Near Retteri, Kolathur Post, Chennai-99, [Savings Bank Account No.10156284387, State Bank of India, Jawahar Nagar Branch, Chennai, IFSC Code SBIN000758, Contact person: Mr.B.M.Sridhar, Mobile No.9282112830], within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
