The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.01.2024 for the offence registered under Sections 2(16), 9, 50(1), a, b, c(4), 51, 56, Schedule 1 Part IV Sr.No.61 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (Amended Act, 2002), Section (7), (20), (27) of Indian Chervrotain Mouse Deer Moschiola Indic the Arms Act, 1959, in WLOR.No.1 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the respondent found that the petitioner and 11 other accused were making arrangements to cook a moose deer in the cow shed of the petitioner. They recovered the dead moose deer and also 6 country guns.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he did not know what is there in the cow shed.

4.I do not accept that particular statement. However, A2 to A11 are still absconding.
