ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent police daily at 6.30 p.m, until further orders in Crl O P No 30917 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 on the file of this Court.

sai 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.5(c) imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl O P No 30917 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 28-02-2025 To State Rep. By Inspector of Police, Peelamedu Police Station, Coimbatore.
