C.M.P.Nos.6147, 6149 and 6151 of 2020 in S.A.No.221 of 2014 R.KALAIMATHI, J., These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 164 days in filing the petition, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased respondent namely Periyasami Gounder and to bring on record legal heirs of the deceased Periyasai Gounder as respondents 2 to 4 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsels for both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, all the three petitions are allowed. 12.03.2025 (1/2) ssn Note:Registry is to effect necessary amendment accordingly.
