O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamalle in Crl.M.P.No.2293 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent's police station every day at 10.00 am until further orders for a period of three months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. In view of the above, the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamalle in Crl.M.P.No.2293 of 2024 dated 02.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent once in every 15 days, during the course of each month.

4. Accordingly, this petition is modified.
