and S.Sounthar,J This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenues seeking for a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents herein to produce the body or in person of the petitioner's minor children namely "CM Devaansh aged about 8 years old son of Chandkari Manna and CM Shanvika daughter of Chandkari Mannu aged about 5 years old before this Court from the custody of 3rd to 5th respondents and hand over to the petitioner.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the affidavit of the petitioner that custody of the

minor children are with the 3rd to 5th respondents. It is stated by the petitioner that the 3rd to 5th respondents are not permitting him to have interaction with the children and hence, he has approached this Court by way of this Habeas Corpus Petition.

4. Even according to the petitioner, after the demise of his wife, he only allowed the 3rd to 5th respondents to take care of his children. Therefore, there is no illegal custody. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer sought for in this Habeas Corpus Petition. It is open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum seeking custody of the children.
