2.C.M.P.No.5039 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 1730 days in paying deficit Court fees of Rs.60/- in the above C.M.A.SR.No.51343 of 2015.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 1717 and 1730 days are condoned and both the petitions are ordered.
