O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed for the alleged noncompliance of the order dated 24.06.2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14313 of 2015.

2. The matter is relating to payment of provisional pension to the petitioner. Now, it is stated by the learned Government Advocate that the office of the Joint Director of Collegiate Education has sent the proposal for provisional pension.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has expressed apprehension that the proposal does not have the signature of the Secretary of the Collegiate Education.

4. The learned counsel for the College has submitted that if the proposal does not contain the signature, the Secretary would sign the statement.

5. The submission of the learned counsel for the College is recorded. In view of such submission, the contempt petition is closed.

6. It is made clear that the College Secretary shall sign the statement for the purpose of provisional pension if
