The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.01.2024 for the offence registered under Sections 448, 294(b) & 506(ii) of IPC r/w section 25(1)(a) of Indian Arms Act, in Crime No.39 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail. 2.It is stated that the accused and the defacto complainant are relatives. Due to property dispute, the accused entered into the house of the defacto complainant and threatened him at knife point. 3.It is stated by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and there are several cases against him.
4.Taking into consideration the fact that there is possibility that the petitioner would continue to threaten the defacto complainant, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
