This petition is filed to condone the delay of 668 days in filing the above appeal.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 remained exparte before the Tribunal. 3.Mr.S.Arunkumar, the learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent/Insurance Company.
4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as 3rd respondent.
