ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested on 11.11.2020 for the offence under Section 6 of POCSO Act, 2012 and 5(1)(a)(i) of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, in Cr.No.18 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners along with the other accused had involved the defacto complainant's daughter in prostitution.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the criminal original petitions filed by the accused in the very same crime number had been dismissed by this Court and vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
