Respondent Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police to register a case against the erred person namely Mr.Loganathan, running a finance company in the name of Rajalakshmi Agencies at 125/1, Thambu Chetty Street, Chennai-1 on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.05.2016 according to law.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.05.2016.

2. On account of boycott of Courts, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. However, in Harish Uppal [Ex.Capt.] Vs Union of India reported in [2003] 2 SCC 45, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has held that boycott of Courts is illegal and therefore, this Court went through the records and passed orders, on hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has not attached any proof for having been given the complaint to the respondent.

4. However, in connected Crl.O.P.No.12777 of 2016, this Court has issued certain directions with regard to the complaint given against this petitioner by one A.L.G.Loganathan. Hence, this petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaint before the respondent police, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 01.05.2016 and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
