The present contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents for their act of causing willful, deliberate and intentional disobedience to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order of this Court dated 06.11.2015 made in M.P.Nos.1 and

2 of 2015 in W.P.No.36064 of 2015.

2.When the case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the order passed by this Court dated 06.11.2015 has been complied with and the petitioner, who was demoted to the post of Gardener, is now posted to Lab Assistant. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents also produced a copy of the order issued by the second respondent.

3.Recording the submissions made on either side, this contempt petition is closed.
