2.Though the prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to include the name of the petitioner in the promotion list for the post of P.G. Assistant Teacher in English, at the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2015, which is enclosed at page no.33 of the typed set of papers and the same was also forwarded by the fourth respondent vide letter dated 09.01.2015, which is enclosed at page no.35 of the typed set of papers.
3.Since a limited prayer is made at the time of hearing, without expressing anything on merits, the third respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2015, which was forwarded by the fourth respondent vide letter dated 09.01.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result to the petitioner. 4.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
