This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner pertaining to his practice run in the name and style of Sri Muniappa Clinic, functioning at 7/31, Vaisiyar Street, Avalurpet, Mel Malaiyanaur Taluk, Villupuram District, Tamil Nadu 604 201, in the fields of Electropathy and Community Health.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted respondent police is repeatedly calling the petitioner for enquiry and harassing him, necessitating the filing of this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, as on date, there is no FIR or petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Petitioner is not required for enquiry.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that no petition enquiry or FIR is pending against the petitioner, it is not necessary to pass any orders in this petition. 2/4
